Formed in June 1977, Invercargill is the CSSNZ's most Southern Branch and consists of a small number of dedicated members. Even though it is situated in colder climes take a look at the photos of the collections on this page to see that our chosen hobby can survive and thrive in these areas, with a little help from the grower!

The members are enthusiastic and trip to the South Island shows on a regular basis. Nelson hosted the Invercargill Branch in 2005 when they held the 'South Island Cactus and Succulent Get Together', and again in 2006 when they hosted the National Cactus and Succulent convention.
